Made-to-order items
Candles, mugs, apparel, prints, canvases, totes and printed blankets are made to order in 2-5 business days, then ship in 3-7 business days - about 5-12 business days in total.
Home goods from our fulfillment partner
Throws, journals, tumblers, organizers and other home goods ship separately from our fulfillment partner and typically arrive in about 7-15 business days. If your order mixes product types, items may ship separately and arrive on different days.
Digital downloads
Printables and other digital downloads are delivered instantly by email right after checkout. Nothing physical is shipped, and digital sales can't be returned.
Tracking
We'll email you a tracking link as each package ships. Business days are Monday to Friday, not including US holidays. These are honest estimates, not guarantees - carriers can run slower during the holiday season and bad weather.
Returns and refunds
If an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund. Because most pieces are made to order or ship from our partners, we can't accept returns if you change your mind. Digital downloads can't be returned once downloaded.
